Human Resources at CFG is dedicated to supporting the organization's strategic goals by providing guidance, processes, and support to leadership, advisors, and employees. We oversee the entire CFG Staff employee experience, ensuring advocacy, engagement, and compliance with labor laws. As CFG's culture ambassador, we empower staff with resources for professional and personal growth, covering areas like policies, performance, training, compensation, health benefits, and wellness.
