Why we’re rolling this out

With higher in-office presence, we’re upgrading how shared spaces are managed so availability reflects real usage. This helps eliminate no-shows, improves access to rooms and desks, and makes coordinating time in the office easier.

When a space looks available, it should be available.

  • Easier coordination when coming into the office

Important transition details

  • All existing bookings currently in SignInApp will be migrated to Skedda on the evening of Monday, February 16, 2026.

  • Any bookings transferred from SignInApp will take priority over bookings made in Skedda prior to its official launch.

  • Skedda will open for general use at 12:00 a.m. on February 17, 2026.
