Hearsay Social
Hearsay Social is an aggregation tool that provides resources for social media users to attract prospects, retain customers, and grow business while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Create a Hearsay Social Account
If you have any professional social media account, it must be linked to Hearsay Social for compliance reasons.
To access Hearsay Social, you will need to log in through FieldNet.
Once logged in to FieldNet, search "Hearsay" in the top right search box.
Click the tab titled, "Field Social Media Program/Hearsay."
Under the “Overview” tab, click the "Launch Hearsay Social" button.
Log in to Hearsay Social.
Once signed in, click the "Social Brand" tab, which should bring a drop-down tab that says, "Settings."
Click the "Settings" tab. A new page will ask you to link your social media accounts to Hearsay. Follow the prompted steps.
Reach out to marketing with any questions or concerns.
Set Up a Proxy
If you have an assistant or someone who manages your social media profiles, you can designate them as a proxy to your Hearsay Social account. Follow the steps below to grant them access.
To open Hearsay Social, log in to FieldNet and navigate to Quick-Tools > Marketing and Insights > Hearsay Social.
On the top left next to the Hearsay logo, click the drop-down menu and select “User Settings.”
Select “Workspace Settings” under “Workspace Settings” in the left column.
Under the “Invite More Workspace Members” section, you can invite a proxy. This person should now have full access to your Hearsay Social account.
